The Design Studio – Personalizing Your Home

Even before building commences, you’ll sit down with the experts at the Beazer Design
Studio, where you’ll make the finish, fixture and design selections that make your
home truly your own.

At your appointment, you’ll make the following selections* to personalize your home:
- Appliances
- Cabinets (e.g. White, Oak, Maple, or Cherry)
- Countertops (laminate, silestone, Corian®, or granite)
- Fireplace Surrounds (e.g. tile)
- Flooring (e.g. carpet, tile, hardwood, or laminate)
- Lighting (community specific)
- Plumbing Accessories (e.g. faucets, and sinks)
- Window Treatments (e.g. mini blinds or 2" faux wood)
*Selections and selection options offered may vary based on location.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Fabric and wallpaper samples to help make your color selections
- Method of payment for a deposit
- Your Homeowner Manual
Helpful hints:
- You must schedule an appointment within 7 days of signing your purchase agreement.
- Your appointment will take 2 1/2 hours, depending on the options and upgrades available
for your floor plan.
- Any changes to your selections must be made within 3 business days of your appointment.
- Certain options may not be available depending upon the stage of your home construction.
One of the primary advantages of buying a new home is the ability to personalize
your home. Upgrades that might cost tens of thousands of dollars in a resale home
are affordable when included in the initial construction process.
